Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used ProPads, Potty Training Spray, or any other opened items, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To start a return, please contact us first at pawfecttail88@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your return request has been reviewed and accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As noted above, opened or used ProPads and Potty Training Spray cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds for card or online payments may take 45-60 business days to process, as this requires coordination with the bank. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be coordinated via bank transfer or GCash and are typically processed faster. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank to post the refund once released.
